If you're hosting an events for 80-100 people we will rent our space for free.

What we offer - full use of space, full staff, ample non-metered/non-permit street parking, sound system, custom food/drink specials, full bar/menu, placement on our website, email blasts, 300 flyers for you to distribute to advertise your event.

You charge a cover fee or ticket - you maintain 100% of all monies collected.
